The AllCyberOne Headhunting fee structure is tailored to each project and is calculated by considering candidate expertise and experience, amount of vacancies and the urgency to fill the role or roles. You will easily choose your next hire from a prescreened selection of candidates, seeking positions that match their advanced expertise and experience.
The AllCyberOne Headhunting fee structure is set out in three stages:
- First Stage Fee is 25% of the total fee and is due on commencement of assignment.
- Second Stage Fee is 25% of the total fee and is payable on presentation of a shortlist.
- Final Stage Fee is 50% of the total fee and is due on the candidates appointment.
